What is the central, common factor? I and everything dealing with my life belongs to the Lord. Once we realize and embrace this truth, then the next step is to release everything to the Lord.  We will then experience a new freedom from the past and future to live in the present moment. Regrets for the past and fear of the uncertainty of the future are diabolic traps that centers on ourselves and not God.
