What motivated the saints in their journey to eternal life? It was the conviction of God's love for them, in spite of their fears of the unknown. They learned to put their lives in the hand of God, even though they did not know the future in store for them. God has created us for himself to with him forever. All he does in our life is directed to that end. As we entrust our lives to his will, stumble we may, discourage we may, but with the grace of perseverance, we will reach our destiny. Pray for that grace and keep your eyes fixed on the Lord.
