There are wars between nations, divisions within countries, separation in families, and opposing opinions within the Church. This has been going on for centuries. Still there is no lasting peace in the world, in countries, in families and in the Church. Why? We fail to remember and respond to the truth that our true and lasting peace is only found in the Prince of Peace, Jesus, our Lord and Savior. If you want this peace, which will be first within you before it can be between you and others, Jesus must be the Lord of our lives in fact. The peace he gives cannot come from the world, which is out of order. It can only come from a personal relationship with Jesus. Seek him first.
