Too many times we are worried more about others than are we about our relationship with God. We fret over who likes us and who does not, who speaks well of us and who does not. But when we die what does it matter? If we, instead, are concerned about our relationship with God more than our relationship with others, then it will matter when we die. For our relationship with God is going to be the measuring stick by which we will be judge. Put first things first.
