Reflect on this in your own life. Whatever your vocation is, God has called you to this. Yes, you have benn gifted with natural gifts and talents, which you use. But he also gifted you with the spiritual gifts of his Spitit. Are we aware of them and do we exercise them in times of need? How often have we been faced with situations that are beyond our natural gifts and have become frustrated. Did we ask God to stire up the spiritual gift to address the problem? For instance, when you don't know what to say to aid another person, ask God for the gift of counsel for the words needed. He is there for us, but many times we try to do things on our own.
