In the Letter to the Hebrews we read: "Keep your eyes on Jesus." How often we need to be reminded of this truth. It goes on to say that "Jesus is the perfecter of our faith."  Many years ago, someone had a vision. In it he say a large crowd following Jesus on a highway. Then he saw Jesus exit, but the crowd kept going on, no longer following Jesus. If we don't keep our eyes on Jesus, it will be so easy for us to follow something or someone else. But if we keep our eyes on the Lord, then he will lead  us to his Father and the fullness of life promised those who are truly faith-filled. There are many things seeking our attention, but only one person can fulfill our deepest desires. Keep your eyes on Jesus.
