Only when we remove sin from our hearts are we able to enter in the eternal Kingdom of heaven. Sin puffs us up; humilty deflates our ego. Pride weighs us down; humility allows us to rise. Jesus uses adifferent analogies of the wide road or gate and the narrow road or gate. When we humble the self through obedience, love and service of others we will be ready to enter.  Jesus as the Way, the Truth and the Life has shown us the path through his example. He was obedient in all things to the will of the Father; he loved and served in multiple ways. He tells us, "As I have done, so you must do."
