Sanctity comes not from doing extraordinary things for the love of God, but from doing all things, including the ordinary and mundane, for the love of God. There is grace in those few, extraordinary moments and events in our whole life. These is grace also in those many little, everyday events and moments in our daily life. How easy it is to ignore the grace, because of what seems insignificant in the grand scheme of life. Yet, that is where the Lord awaits us.
