All of us are sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God because of our sinfulness. But the grace of God is greater than our weakness.  If we repent and call on the name of the Lord, the victory of the cross, namely salvation, will be ours. For God does not will the death of the sinner, but that he should live, not by his own efforts, but by the mercy of God. Our focus is not on our weakness, but on the strength given by God's mercy.
