As I look back on my life, I have not always been with Christ. For I have sinned many times and in those moments alienated myself from Christ. But thanks be to God, he reconciled and restored me to his friendship. As far as I know, I am with him in this present moment by his grace and mercy. In hope I seek to be with him forever. Only he knows my final state. That hope can only be fulfilled in his grace and love. Like St. Paul, I press on, keeping the prize of eternal life before me.
