Someone else has said that we may be the initial Gospel a person may read that will bring them to Jesus. And the opposite is also true. We may be the false Gospel that will distance another from Jesus. Christ has blessed us by redeeming us and sharing his very life with us, because of his great love. We are to be a light leading others to Jesus by our lives and words. Do we reflect Jesus' teachings in our lives, especially the teaching of love, truth and goodness? Can others see Jesus in us? We don't have to rewrite the Gospel. We are called to reflect the Gospel.
