What if we strived, with God's grace, to reach this state of being? Would our many fears and anxieties be less? When our focus is God and not ourselves; when our desire is to know the will of God and to act upon it, without question; then in the midst of the disturbances around us, there will be a sense of peace and joy. This is what God desires for each of us. Don't let the distractions be our focus and consume us. Rather, in all things turn to the Lord and learn to follow his lead. Not easy, but possible.
