What is more of more concern the death of the body or the death of the soul? The first is automatic and unpreventable. The second is by choice and avoidable. Paraphrasing Jesus, if we focus more on the body, we will reap the harvest of death. But if we focus on the life of our soul, then we will reap the harvest of life. The Evil One wants us to focus on the satisfaction of the body's needs. The Spirit of God gives us the grace to be concerned about the health of our soul. Whatever choice we make, on the Day of Judgment, God will confirm our choice eternally. Choose wisely.
