Easier said than doing it. Yet, what is our option? Be controlled by worry, anxiety and fear or surrender to the Lord? Though the worry, anxiety and fear may linger to re-ensnare us, turning to the Lord and focusing out attention on him in prayer, faith and surrender brings a freedom. The father of lies offers us enslavement and darkness. The Father of truth offers us shared life with him.  It is our choice. Either we choose, with the given grace, the truth and live freely or we choose in the flesh the lie and live in depression, anxiety and fear.
